Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We intend to ship using FedEx, USPS, and UPS as shipping carriers. Our main shipping provider will be FedEx, in certain cases, we will use USPS for shipping smaller items and UPS for certain specialty items.

Currently, we have 2 shipping methods available to choose from. Customers are allowed to pick up in-store or be charged a flat-rate fee of $70. If your order is over $1000 the flat-rate fee is waived (only for the lower 48 states.) Items excluded from this waiver are oversized or overweight bikes. From the date of order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and ship your product(s).

RETURN POLICY

River Bicycles has a 30-day return policy up to a full refund. Any person attempting to return a product must have original packaging, and receipt of purchase.

Due to the policies of some of our distributors, we are not allowed to sell certain items online. They will be displayed on the website for display purposes only. We would be more than happy to answer any questions about stock or pricing through our store's phone number. Anything we are allowed to sell online will be sold online.
